Description

This Bolt Hole Kit from Industry-Railway Suppliers comes with everything you need to grind, shape, and finish bolt holes in rail and in other routine maintenance of way operations. It is ideal for bolt hole deburring to reduce the likelihood of rail/steel cracking. Can also be used for grinding castings and in other small areas made of steel, steel alloy or irons.

The kit includes a 1” square drive, a quick-release chuck with a 5/8"-11-threaded hex bit, and an abrasive plug/bull nose grinding stone that measures 2” in diameter by 3” thick with a 5/8"-11 threaded arbor hole suitable for electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic drills. The plug/grinding stone tapers at the end to provide more precision when grinding, shaping, and finishing steel and other materials in small places.

Every product included in this kit is built to the highest standards, ensuring long-lasting performance during railroad maintenance operations.
