This Concrete Tie Lifter tool is designed with an e-clip hook, safelok III hook, and safelok air boss hook. It allows one workman to easily elevate a heavy concrete tie to the base of the rail and hold it in position while the tie is connected to the rail with retainer clips.

There are great benefits to concrete ties such as their durability which extends their service life and requires minimal maintenance allowing them to maintain their integrity for a longer period of time than wood or concrete ties. But their heavy concrete material makes them much more difficult to handle therefore a tool like a Concrete Tie Lifter is imperative to any railroad production jobsite.
