The TL248 simplifies complex track lifts, handling turnouts, diamond crossings, switches, retarders, and bridge ends with precision and ease. Designed from extensive industry feedback, the TL248 excels in limited access areas like tunnels and under bridges  enhancing productivity and safety.

• Faster, Less Disruptive Lifts – Decreases dig-out time, shortens curfews, and reduces labor needs. Lifts up to 4 diamond crossings or 6 switches per day, with ROI in 10-20 lifts. 
• Compact & Portable – Lifts track from below, making it ideal for tight areas where cranes can't operate—under bridges, in tunnels, and near overhead wires. Fits in a pickup truck bed and can be transported using fork pockets and dual lift hooks.
• Precision Hydraulics – Four 62-ton hydraulic cylinders will lift, hold and lower to 1/8-inch accuracy. This allows MOW equipment to pass over track (with track lowered to ballast and proper safety protocols) minimizing operational delays. 
• Safe & User-Friendly – Control the lift from a safe, centralized location using color-coded valves matched to hydraulic lines. Redundant safety systems, including manual needle valves and pilot-operated check valves, prevent unintended cylinder movement. Built-in LED lighting ensures safe and intuitive operation.
