Industry-Railway Acquires ESCO Equipment Company

February 5, 2018 - Industry-Railway Suppliers, Inc. a leading distributor of tools and products for railway construction and maintenance announced today that it has acquired the business assets of ESCO Equipment Company. Since 1962, ESCO has provided sales and business representation for global railroad product and equipment manufacturers with a specialized mix of maintenance-of-way products.

United by a common business culture, the acquisition makes an enhanced Industry-Railway Suppliers the foremost provider in rail repair and maintenance products, tools and consumables. ESCO brings with it an excellent group of rail industry professionals with an established reputation for delivering outstanding service and expertise.
