Description
The new Pandrol CD300-IQ applies the time-tested technology of the CD400 but also includes a newly designed control system; the 'IQ'. The CD300-IQ applies and removes up to 30 Fastclips per minute and adjusts to varying rail heights.
Its IQ system increases machine automation. The IQ automatically adjusts the CD300's clipping speed to coinside with the speed of the carrier machine for highest production value. The IQ will also ensure tools are not activated in the wrong work mode preventing damage to the machine and surrounding infrastructure, and ensures that an idle head is raised.
